“I was in a bit of a bind. I was living with my husband, my two kids at my parents' house for 6 months. Don't get me wrong, they are great and I love them, but we (and they) needed our own space. And I could not miss another Christmas outside of my own home. Lenny and his team were absolutely amazing. They were responsive, explained things clearly throughout the process, were on time, and on budget. We got in on the EXACT date that Lenny said we would after a massive addition, ad-a-level, and remodel of the entire house. “My husband Andy and I had been looking at remodeling our kitchen for some time now. We had met with several Design Build Firms and just weren’t quite sold on any of them until we met the team at 1625 D/B. The project was quite involved and included new cabinets, new floors, moving our stove and sink, as well as removal of a load bearing wall. They were with us every step of the way. Any questions we had they had a correct answer for us. I would highly recommend 1625 D/B and will 100% use them for any future renovating we do.”

“Tim Lutke, contractor, makes your dreams happenHe is a gem. He is master of his very skilled staff: construction, electrician, glass fitters, stone mason, plumber, and painters. Foreman , Chris, checks often to make sure if we need anything. Tim has contacts in the field which has been helpful in decision making. The contract for the job was met within the timeline given. Everyone was respectful of the property.They often reviewed the ongoing work. Outstanding completion of a bathroom, closet and repair of a ceiling which had a leak. People who see the workmanship are amazed when they see the completed projects.”
