“I wanted a new kitchen design in my Beverly Hills Condo. The current version was pretty up to date but I do a lot of cooking and wanted a multi-surface counter top for easier clean up. I found GoodFellas because my neighbors were working with them and they did an impeccable job. They were able to come in for a walk though and I signed up right away because I was itching for a new kitchen. The project manager Ran stopped by with many samples of countertops and walked me through the pros and cons of all of them. We used two different materials throughout the kitchen to be compatible with my constant baking and easy clean up. I had to go out of town during part of the remodel due to an emergency but Ran sent me updates and pictures the entire time. They really care about building strong relationships and do a great quality job.”

October 5 offers superior design and execution, where form and function converge. Ryan, the project superintendent, attends to every detail with an eye for quality and perfection. Their open-floor plan design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, light abounds in every room, yet the space remains purposely private and intimate. Originally constructed in 1953, our home had not undergone any remodeling or updating. During construction, the house was all but demolished - leaving only the rough framing and portions of the exterior stucco and siding. Earthquake updates, 200 amp electrical service, beefed-up insulation, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, smooth drywall, wide-plank flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, and dual-glazed windows supported the bulk of the project, which lasted 4 ½ months. “I called four contractors for a estimates on a new fully permitted bathroom on the second floor bonus room above the garage. Sergio responded in a timely manner. We setup an appointment for him to look at the space. The space is very small. His quote was very reasonable and one of the best out of the four contractors. Sergio and his crews arrives early as scheduled on Monday and proceeded to demo. They updated me at the end of the day everything they work on that day. Which was very helpful on the status of the construction. They work through Saturday and they even work on one Sunday to finish the job. The whole crew were a pleasure to work with at all time. I am so glad I contacted Sergio for this job. He is a pleasure to work. He explain to me what and why needed to be done. He also recommended to me where to purchase the bathroom tiles, vanity & faucet. He even installed my new garbage disposal at no cost. I am very happy with the new bathroom, it look fantastic. The workman craft was excellent and beyond my expectation. I definitely will work with Sergio and his teams again in the future. I would totally recommend working with this company again.”

“Pacific Coast Builders, Inc. (PCB) did an excellent job of turning my single story 2,000 square foot home into a beautiful two story 3,100 square foot home. PCB and its employees were very good at listening to all our requests. They put in extra effort to make sure we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our home, both big and small. They have a vast amount of experience and were able to assist us in making good decisions. We would recommend this company. We love our new home.”

“We had the pleasure of having Robert and his team remodeled our backyard. He was recommended to us from a family friend who had used his services for their backyard remodeling project. We had a large project over 15,000 square feet space and Robert and his team came through. We showed him our design and he itemize all the work that he will be doing and came up with a very reasonable estimate. This was very important as this prevents any future misunderstandings. He regularly communicated with us and updated us on any delays and he was able to completed the project on time. The quality of the work was very good. He was very flexible in adapting to the changes that we've requested. He was honest, on time and very reasonably priced. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone looking to do remodeling project.”

“I reached out to Home Renew 360 to work on my house and they came quickly. I decided to continue with them since they explained all the details and addressed my concerns which made me feel safe. I had done the exterior paint , rewrite and the roof and it looks absolutely amazing! The cool life paint with the cool roof makes the house so much cooler during the hot summer that I barely turn on my AC! They are very professional , responsible and honest , would definitely recommend Home Renew 360!”
