With respect to the renovatons GEOFF SHRIMSKI has been oustanding in all respects –
- commencing with initial inspections by Geoff himself and by tradesmen who he organized – all at times which accounted for the convenience of my family and me;
- providing a timely quotation for the works and covering both builder and tradesmen.
- communicating with the Strata Manager of the Owners’ Corporation and fulfulling all the
administrative requirements of the Owner’s Corporation;
- commencing the works on the date and at the time arranged;
- carrying out the works diligently, with empeccable craftsmanship, with clockwork organizing of tradesmen and of hardware delivery;
- providing labouring assistance as needed for heavy work;
- providing highly skilled and experienced tradesmen – plumber, electrician, tiler, carpenter, showerscreen manufacturer/installer;
- at all times explaining and discussing the works with my family and me, being open to our suggestions and receptive to our wishes;
- protecting and covering as required existing carpets and walls
- cleaning up and vacuuming regularly.
- performing the works with dedication, diligence and perfection.
The Person
GEOFF SHRIMSKI is not only a highly skilled builder and an able administrator but is also an outstanding person who is a real pleasure to deal with. He is friendly, reliable, totally trustworthy and a person of absolute honesty and integrity.

“John replaced a rotting door frame and the door itself on my outside bathroom. I was very happy with the job he did nand the way he did it.
he came to give a quote at the time he said he would. His price was reasonable and he made a big effort to fit us in to his packed schedule because, as it was an outside door, we were worried about our nice new refurbished bathroom being damaged.
He came when he said he would, he did an excellent job, he sourced the door for us, fitted it, painted it and took the old one away. And he cleaned up afterwards.
It's a pleasure to find a handyman who does what he says he'll do, who turns up when he says he will, who communicates well and who charges a fair price. We will be using him again for sure.”

“Tony has been a carpenter, builder for many years. He knows how to fix just about any problem (for example, installing large sliding doors in walls that should have been straight but weren't in our old house) and produces beautifully finished woodwork. For us he has installed a new raised floor, sliding doors, raised windows, reinforced supports in walls and floor for a totally new kitchen, made steps and is now finishing all trim. I don't think he would be able to do anything less than the best quality work. He also has recommended other local tradesmen (electrician, plumber, kitchen joiner, sheetrocker etc.) who have all done excellent work - whom we pay directly. Tony is completely honest and trustworthy as well as being a fine carpenter. I recommend him wholeheartedly.”
