“I hired this company to install siding and windows on my home in Prospect. We had interviewed and got quotes for lots of other companies. All of their sales people are very good and each have the pitch down about why they are the best and why I should not use their competitors. But that was the thing it was all just a sales pitch and the sales people had no real knowledge of building. The thing that stood out immediately when Rich from Premium Siding and Windows walked in was that he was a builder. He really thought out the job and gave us ideas that none of the others did. His crew great and not only did a really good job but they actually cleaned up before they left each night. The materials they used, the attention to detail and the finished job were all excellent. “Met with Cathy from B&B to discuss designing and constructing a flat roof, round columed portico for our home entry. Cathy was attentive and collaborative, helping me understand the materials and the design elements ie. pvc, type of roof used, drainage. She then provided me with a comprehensive estimate that was all inclusive, direct and professional. We went ahead with the project and it came out amazing...better than anticipated. The price to value ratio was 5 stars. Cathy's head carpenter was reliable and his quality or work superior. He will always respond to you via text or phone call in a very timely manner. The entire crew is so neat. The quality of their work is perfection and there is no skipping corners. Mark is one of the nicest people and is extremely professional. I had Mark and his crew replace all the siding on my house, replace all windows as well as my front door, and install new gutters. Not only was the work perfect, but the price was very reasonable. I would hire him again without any hesitation and would recommend him to anyone seeking similar work.
