It had been years since I looked at flooring and I was overwhelmed with all of the new choices. The professional staff at Carpet One walked me through all of the different options and explained the pros and cons of each product. We selected a new Lees carpet for the Living and bedrooms and a natural pine for the dining room and we could not be happier. The installation went perfectly (though the removal of the old wood flooring was as loud as they had said), and we are very pleased with the final results. I had delayed the work in my home until we were both retired and now I regret waiting so long! “Rocky Top was really recommended to us by All Wood Cabinets of Kingsport. We made a visit in February and we were impressed with this young lady. She was patient with us even though we had no idea of what we wanted to use in our kitchen which we had just gutted. We decided on the quartz and proceeded to have the cabinets installed. Once this was accomplished the folks from Rocky Top were there to take measurements and then install. Within two weeks the quartz was installed but there was just one small problem...our slide in range had not arrived after being on backorder since February. A small piece was installed in the back where the range would go so the tile folks from Providence Tile in Kingsport could install our tile correctly....end of May and the range finally arrived...one small problem ...the range could not slide back far enough because of the small quarts piece....big problem...nope...one call to Rocky Top and one of their terrific installers was there the next day and problem solved.
That folks is service above and beyond. Past experience had told us that once the too are in and money is collected it is impossible to get them to do anything without further payment...not the folks at Rocky Top..they go beyond the norm and that is why we give them 5 stars and recommend them to all we know interested in new counter tops. Thank you all. You're great.”

“In December of 2016 Brooks Flooring installed Engineer Hardwood in four rooms of my new home. They were very professional. Ordered the materials and did the job in record time. Plus their price was a lot less than my other three estimates. They even took up part of the old floor and inter-weaved the new with the old so that the transition from one room to the next was smooth. I was pleasantly surprised.
I plan to call them in six months to get the kitchen and baths floor done.”
