“I am absolutely thrilled about our tile!! We are remodeling our house and were looking for a tile to fit our Spanish style. I love the look of fired clay tile but didn't want the upkeep (or the cost). I searched for weeks and finally found a clay looking porcelain tile at Tile Encounters in Ventura online. I ordered samples and they arrived quickly, and Taylor was extremely helpful sending additional picture of the tile. Our quote came back even lower than the original quoted price given the amount of tile we were purchasing, and it was delivered in three days. I couldn't be happier with the way it looks, and we don't have to worry about resealing it (ever)! I would (and have) recommended this to everyone.”

“I have used Tile and Stone Pro for three projects: the remodeling of two bathrooms and the retiling of the entryway to my house. I have been very pleased not only with the work performed, but with also with the work ethic of Eshed, the owner. First of all, my bathrooms look great! Eshed helped a great deal with the tile design and layout - he gave me options and worked with me to figure out what we liked best. He is knowledgeble and has a great deal of expertise to draw from, and he's great to work with. He helped design the perfect layout of tile with multiple patterns, and he coordinated the other contractors (electrician, plumber, etc.) necessary to complete the project. Everything and everyone was on time - I wasn't waiting for long periods of time for anyone to show up and get to work. Everyone was respectful and pleasant. It was easy to have them in my house. The projects were all reasonably and competitively priced, and completed on time. In Tile and Stone Pro, I have found a contractor who I like and trust. I couldn't be happier with their work. When it's time to remodel the kitchen, I'll be calling Tile and Stone Pro.”

“I was in the middle of a bathroom remodel and needed a floor tile for my project. Jim and Bob both helped me tremendously. Jim knew I was in a hurry and checked stock on all the tiles I was considering (I didn't have to ask; Jim was already on it). He educated me on the pros and cons of different materials I was considering and gave his input on my overall design. I had been to the valley tile stores and found Canyon Tile to have 4 times the selection and superior customer service. This is my new "go to" tile store.”
