“We moved into a new house in Paulden, Az on August 1, 2013. It came with a ledge where they were going to 'maybe' put in a fireplace or pellet stove, or just leave it. We looked through the phone book and found Builder's Wholesale in Prescott, Arizona and made the call for a quote. We called several different businesses to get a quote and some never even responded, but Builder's responded, came out and gave us a quote. We were very happy with the quote and proceeded to get the pellet stove put in. We had to get someone else to break out the ledge and put some flagstone on the floor to put the stove on and they had just the right people to do the job, their name was Covenant. They picked just the right piece of flagstone and really made it look beautiful. Builders Wholesale then put in the pellet stove and we also had to have the chimney put in. The workers were very friendly and very thorough. They made sure we knew how to work our new stove and what pellets to put in and how to store them and all the other things that go with keeping things in great working order. We are very pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend them to others in this area who are thinking of putting in a fireplace or pellet stove. Work is done right, they are very conscientious about keeping dirt off your floors and tracking it through the house, and they are very friendly also.”
