“Was completely remodeling a vacation rental/ winter residence for a client. Used George Brazil Services for all the electrical and HVAC work on the project. (There was no need for their plumbing services on this project.) HVAC systems had not been serviced in the 7 years prior to my client purchasing the property. Their HVAC technicians services all systems. Their electrical technicians installed ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, can-lighting fixtures, special lighting fixtures for art work and light controls. Technicians were all on time, knowledgeable and great to work with. All work was completed on time and within the fee quoted. Have work with George Brazil Services many times and have always been please with the work and their people (both their office staff and technicians). Will continue to use their services and recommend them to my clients.”

“One of our air conditioners was not working properly and I called at around 9:30pm thinking I would leave a message and my call would be returned the next day. To my surprise, Susie Croffoot answered and asked a few questions and then instructed me to turn off the unit and just run the fan. Kirk arrived the next day promptly at 3:00pm and after troubleshooting the problem, recommended a stop leak additive and refill of the 3 lbs of lost coolant. He provided a quote, which I approved and completed the work in a very short time. That was over a week ago and everything is working fine. I would recommend Croffot Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone that need A/C or heater repair or replacement.”

“Called MT and Challen came out to assess our home. He walked the entire perimeter of our house, went into the attic and then did a heat map of the inside. He showed me several areas (doors and windows) where heat was penetrating. We complained about our master bedroom being warm and he explained that the problem was our large walk in closet had an outside wall facing south and did not have a vent. He then added all the figures and came up with the exact size AC we needed. We were between a 3 and 3 1/2 ton unit. Challen offered the suggestion that we put sun screens on our east, south and west windows and that would reduce the neede capacity so we could install the 3 ton unit. He also priced in a vent in the closet. He showed us 3 top rated units with reviews of each and prices. He thoroughly explained all the available rebates and tax credits and one of the units actually was the cheapest. We installed a 16 seer Rheem and couldn't be happier. Our electric usage is no more for this 1400 sq ft home than our 900 sq ft condo. The installers were quick and very clean and we couldn't be happier. We also recieved a follow up call the next week and a free tune up one year later. I recommend this company to all my friends.”
