RCS took the time to understand how we live and our design style to give us a home we could never have imagined on our own. Their research team was able to incorporate a loft overlooking a very functional in-door charcoal grill built into the bar. A fun way to entertain in the winter. The exterior hardscape designers created a soft privacy pool area as well as a dynamic sea wall for our boating friends. I cannot recommend RCS enough. “Rick Kelley Builders had already done successful kitchen and master bath remodels at our original home. After inheriting a second house in 2011, we consulted Rick and Jeremy to understand the pros and cons of remodeling it. Their input helped us make an informed decision to invest in the second house. The project was an eight-month total remodel with a fair amount of complexity. Considerable renovation was required because 1950s-era plumbing, wiring and insulation had to be completely replaced for safety and efficiency. The floorplan was updated and expanded to serve active retirees instead of a small family, yet the home’s aesthetic appeal and its harmony with the neighborhood were preserved. From end to end the Kelleys managed schedule, budget and changes in a professional, quality-oriented and open manner. They even identified a number of savings opportunities. “Deric & D.Rock Construction were fantastic. My husband and I did a full gut on a duplex we bought about a year ago. We renovated the space for us to live in half and then rent out the other half. This included replacing all the plumbing, electrical, 2 bathrooms, installing a new separate HVAC, 2 new kitchens, and all the other items that go with such a project. The project went wonderfully. Deric and his team were patient, educational, and kept us well informed. They did fantastic work and stayed on timeline and budget.
