“We hired Harding Construction & Sustainable Solutions to do an energy audit and upgrade our 100- year old historic, but non-insulated home. Although we love our home, it was too cold in the winter and too warm in the summer, and our utility bills were high. They upgraded our attic insulation, air sealed our attic, installed wall insulation, sealed our existing duct work, installed LowE insulation in our crawlspace, air sealed the old craftsman wood windows, and installed a high efficiency tankless water heater. They did a highly professional job. All the Harding Construction workers were very knowledgeable about everything related to energy efficiency and always courteous, prompt, and hardworking. Their work resulted in a much more comfortable home, with lower energy bills. Wes worked very hard to ensure that we met all the city historical requirements and were eligible for all of available rebates. Because of their thoroughness, our home was more energy efficient and we received the maximum rebates from all participating agencies. We even were able to obtain a Green Point certificate from Build It Green for our newly renovated green home. “I have hired South Pointe Companies several times, most recently to renovate the outdoor entertainment area behind my house. This is a canyon-side house with terraces. They have revised and enhanced the cobble retaining walls between three terrace levels and planned / executed installation of artificial grass on one of the terrace levels and in the front yard of the house. Scott and the architect, Gary, must have visited the city at least 20 times in order to get approval and the right permits for our job. Once the project started Scott was fair, reasonable, available and understanding. I love our new home and am very satisfied with the quality of work.”

“This company Remodeling was able to finish my kitchen and bath remodel on time and only had a lag time for the very time consuming inspection. Nat advised me every step of the way on the materials I needed to purchase and where to get it, troubleshoot when an issue arose, and called me almost every day to tell me what his crew were doing on a particular day, so the work flowed smoothly and I felt I was a big part of the whole process. Very happy with the custom cabinets, it was exactly what I wanted. The tile work was excellent, the crew installed all the light fixtures I specifically wanted as well as all the kitchen and bath fixtures.”
