He personally oversees all aspects of projects and will go the extra mile to find solutions that work for clients. My clients have all enjoyed working with him and been delighted with their finished projects. His costs are very reasonable and I believe him to be honest and trustworthy. “Staveley undertook the renovations to our home last year (2015). It is a Victorian property and needed major upgrading. We had two new bathrooms and one WC put in, the house rewired and a new central heating system fitted and the roof area insulated. We had artex removed from several ceilings which they were able to do without damping the originally cornicing. We had structural work done to the kitchen area (extended and steel beam fitted) and a new kitchen fitted. The job proved challenging due to houses age and state, but they appeared not to be phased by its challenges and were solution focuses in their approach. I found them to be professional with good advice and ideas. Would recommend.”

“Wayne fitted a new ensuite bathroom/ showeroom for us. This also involved moving the door from the bedroom to the ensuite ( to make space for a shower as well as a bath ) and making good all the bedroom walls for this and following the removal of the fitted wardrobes. Wayne's was recommended by friends who had also had them recommended to them for their ensuite bathroom. We cannot praise Wayne enough. He was professional, knowledgeable about his work and completed the job to an extremely high standard. Probably the best tradesman we have had in our houses over the last thirty years. We liked the fact that he would check with us if something we had asked for did not look quite right, rather than just carrying on regardless. We were quoted for Wayne's work then it was up to us to choose the suite. We liked this as it meant we could spend more or less on the items that mattered to us. We chose a high spec of suite, tiles and fitting and Wayne was very respectful of this when completing the fitting. We did use his recommended supplier as we believe they provided a good deal and were used to working with Wayne. We would not hesitate to use him again and have already recommended him to friends.”

“From start to finish of my property renovation, working with KFM was an absolute delight. I was looking for a way of getting my property fully renovated, and whilst I wanted a completely hands-off process (as I have no experience with any aspects of it) whilst still having my vision for the design met in detail--that is exactly what I got with KFM. Communication at all states of was brilliant, with regular updates on the progress of the project as well as discussion on how specific things were going to be done and what my preferences were. Where there were areas Kevin thought could or should be done differently, he gave valuable recommendations while maintaining clear and precise communication between us as well as taking into account what I ultimately wanted. He and his team adhered strictly to building regulations and maintained a clean and safe site for tradesmen and neighbours. Thank you to Kevin and his team for the amazing job they have done! I still look around every day with joy to see that the property turned out much much better than I ever thought it could. I can honestly say that I look forward to spending every single minute I can at home after it's been renovated and that is all thanks to KFM Developments.”

“When a company exceeds expectations. On time, at a price which needed no negotiation, fantastic product and installed by polite, considerate, clean craftsmen. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. From the 2 replacement Velux and one new. The four sash and case style PVC windows and the attention to detail in the finish and design I can find not one fault.”
