“Midtown Toronto two story house. I hired Primo Contracting to do what's called a "full gut" renovation on my house, I also wanted my basement lowered by about two feet. They knew exactly what to do, one by one, professional trades came and went, the project started to take shape, demolition, underpinning, framing, mechanical,... Everything was getting done and they were passing all the city inspection's with no issues. When it came time for finishes the guys at Primo really paid attention to the details and the house came out great, there's not a creek anywhere and everything looks level and smooth. “We feel inspired to provide a testimonial for our Full-Service Design Build Company Lifestyles for their after-build Customer Service. We’ve been enjoying our award-winning Lifestyle home for 4 years and just last week our high-end Jenn-Air oven range conked out. We called Lifestyles Customer Care, and they quickly provided us the model and serial number of our oven and the Jenn-Air service phone number. Armed with this information, we booked a service call. The service company informed us that our service agreement called for the oven “to be 4 inches from the wall”. We were stunned! We called Lifestyles and they immediately sent their Customer Care Associate who pulled the oven range out 6 inches for good measure. We learned subsequently that appliance manufacturers are reluctant, because of potential liability, to undertake “more than their specific job” especially in homes where there is custom cabinetry surrounding the appliance, which is our case. The tech arrived the next day, installed the new part ($1350 – fortunately was under warranty), and left us with a fully operational oven range once again. We wanted to share our Discovery that another huge advantage of dealing with a Design Build company like Lifestyles with a Customer Care Department, is that they know their homes intimately and can rectify problems quickly and more cost effectively than having to solve these problems as they occur, after the build, through alternative means.
