“My wife and I had an excellent experience working with JP throughout our complete home renovation. He was able to complete our total renovation on time (4 months) and on budget. My wife is a pretty decisive person and had a lot of ideas about what finishes she wanted etc. JP would listen and either agree or would offer an alternative that was either more in line with our budget or something he found to be well liked by other homeowners he has worked with. JP was onsite and very accessible. The website he uses allowed me to track the financials on a daily basis. It also allowed us to be involved in the communication between JP and his sub-contractors so we would get real time updates about the status of a particular job. When we were evaluating contractors we were looking for 3 things:
1. Someone with Integrity
2. Someone with Good Communication Skills who is Accessible
3. Someone with Experience
We hit a home run with JP. I can't say enough good things about our experience. If/when we build or renovate another home JP will be our guy!”

“My first contact with Bryce Biery Construction came upon the recommendation of a window restorer. He assured me Biery Construction was one of the best in the business and I'm delighted to say that no truer words have ever been spoken.
The decorative wood trim on my 35 year old Tudor style home was slowly deteriorating not to mention the moisture that was eating away at parts of the synthetic stucco. Bryce immediately determined that aluminum 'flashing' was needed where the stucco met the brick. He also suggested using Windsor boards to replace the trim which has a lifetime warranty.
The newly installed trim really freshened up the exterior and looks original to the house while the aluminum flashing has eliminated my water issues. Bryce also enlarged two single casement windows to double casements and again, they look original to the home. Finally, his clean up is absolutely meticulous. I've never seen a stray nail, sawdust, or any other evidence that a work crew has been at my home.
I look forward to a long professional relationship with Bryce Biery Construction. The guy absolutely knows his stuff. Compared to other contractors I've dealt with, he is an expert in all areas of home construction and repair. It is with pleasure that I HIGHLY recommend Bryce Biery Construction for any and all home improvement needs.”

Potter House Group built my custom home on the site of of my previous home which was destroyed by fire.

,After interviewing several well-known custom builders (several of whom advertise "custom homes on your lot") we were fortunate to have been given the name Potter House Group. The President of Potter House Group met with us personally and we presented him with a situation that other custom builders who wanted to charge us up to 50% more than Potter House Group.
Our situation was that lightning struck our custom home and it had to be razed with the exception of the concrete foundation and garage floor. After an initial meeting to review our plans, site, special conditions and consideration for the level of input we desired, Lee calculated an estimate that was realistic, detailed and SIGNIFICANTLY less than the other big name builders we interviewed.
Rebuilding a new custom home in our Township involved a maze of obstacles and required significant expertise in dealing with permits, blueprints, township meetings, neighbors, rules and of course building inspections and sub-contractors. Lee navigated all the obstacles with expertise and professionalism.
With the help of Potter House Group and its President, Lee M. Rickey, we moved into our home that met more than all of our requirements due to the knowledge and integrity of our builder. No substandard materials or workmanship was allowed, the process was professionally monitored and we now have the home of our dreams without breaking the bank!

“Ms. Forsee and her amazing team guided us through the process of renovating an old farm house. Being that this was the first time either my husband or I had ventured to do anything like this, we needed someone who was willing to take us by the hand and lead us through each step of the process. Angela was great!
She helped us make selections that were historically consistent with the time of our home and yet still stayed within the budget we had set for the project. We found both she and her team to be professional, operating with the highest degree of integrity.
She promised we would be "in" "on budget" in three months time. We were "in" in less and under budget.
In addition, her follow-up since the completion of the project has been exceptional. We have had a few minor problems that she has taken care of to our satisfaction as soon as we communicated there was an issue.
