“Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry.
We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize.

“Dave Hepler not only builds a beautiful home, he also does a great job completing repairs to other homes as needed. I have had my real estate license in the area for nearly thirteen years and gone through numerous home inspections. Many of my clients use Dave and Hepler Homes for all types of repairs from new roofs, entire exterior wall replacements, and replacement of entire electrical systems. Dave and his crew work fast, in a clean manner and they are highly efficient, often facilitating a closing to be on time because of their great competence. Hepler Homes also works well with structural engineers where needed and they are always polite and respectful of my clients needs. Pricing is more than fair and again, the work is excellent. “MBR remodeled a 1963 home for me in Sept. 2013. They replaced a full bath, a half bath and a kitchen as well as painted and patched, repaired electrical and plumbing issues, and landscaped the front and back yards. The house sold the first week on the market at almost full asking price.
George Kall is a real professional with lots of experience. He ran the project in a way that required very little from me, which was wonderful, as I was not living in the property and could not come by often to check on the progress. He addressed any problems very promptly. He made excellent suggestions when I was unsure of a direction to take. He called in a roofer, a plumber, an electrician, and painters. He also dealt with a cranky neighbor quite well.
The only negative was I lost an expensive Miele vacuum cleaner - it disappeared during the remodeling and MBR was not able to find out where it went.”

“MRC completed several projects for us: built a detached two level two car garage, built a 10'x20' sunroom where we once had a screened porch, gutted and remodeled our master bathroom, and put in a stone driveway. Brian excels at working with the client to make the many decisions involved with any construction project. With all projects he stayed within the detailed budget and finished within a reasonable time frame. He is both creative and practical bringing years of construction expertise to the work. The garage and sun room were completed in 2012 and six years later are in great shape. The bathroom was completed in 2015 and exceeded all expectations. We feel lucky to have found Brian!”

“We selected J&B over 4 other contractors to finish our basement and create a bonus room (laundry/craft/sewing room) over our garage. From beginning to end, J&B were consummate professionals - they were continuously available regardless of the day or time of day, they were courteous in both word and action and they were highly respectful of our home's private space. In addition to these important client sensitivities, J&B did exceptional work in our basement and bonus room - the attention to detail and workmanship was extraordinary; we frequently receive compliments about our basement and bonus from guests. While there were a couple issues along the way, J&B rapidly corrected the situation and made good on the work. J&B is a values-based company that is extraordinarily competent with fair and reasonable prices - I would hire them again in a minute! Superb!”
