“Work in progress but so far they have cleaned up after their day's work, on schedule with work. The work has not been completed yet so more to come when it is completed. Update: It's month 7 and while initially work went quickly, things slowed down by month 4. Still some minor fixes left. Have to revise my rosy initial review. Overall poor communication between the design specialist and the project manager.”

“RCS built our dream home on Indian Lake. The most creative and knowledgeable company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. RCS took the time to understand how we live and our design style to give us a home we could never have imagined on our own. Their research team was able to incorporate a loft overlooking a very functional in-door charcoal grill built into the bar. A fun way to entertain in the winter. The exterior hardscape designers created a soft privacy pool area as well as a dynamic sea wall for our boating friends. I cannot recommend RCS enough. Their talented, hardworking, trustworthy team gave us our dream home on time and in budget. I would highly recommend for any building and remodeling needs.”

“Hawk Homes built our House in 2009. They have the capability to handle all aspect of custom home building. They were very organized and professional during the entire building process. Having a home built is usually the largest single investment you can make, we were able to trust Hawk Homes on all the information they gave us to make sound decisions. I would use them again for any remodel, design or home in the future.”

“We had been given Doug Maggard's name from a friend whom we trust greatly. From the beginning of the project to the end, Doug exhibited integrity, reliability, and creativity. I would tell him what I wanted and he would figure out a way to achieve it. I can't say enough about how he helped us take our 'ugly-kitchen-contest-winner' into a beautiful and stunning farmhouse kitchen. He also helped us build a gorgeous barn-beam mantel in the adjoining living room. We used reclaimed wood from an 1809 farmhouse to build a beam that separates the kitchen and living area. It's just amazing. We have done so much to decorate from the pictures I posted (had to meet the deadline). I feel like it belongs in a magazine. We are so proud and owe so much to Doug for helping us realize our dreams.”
