“Previously, I had worked with another highly recommended and awarded local construction company, but due to schedule conflicts, they were unable to take on this project. At that point they recommended Kenorah to me. The owner came over in person and explained to me their process and concept behind the business. I was immediately convinced they were the right team to work with.
I had a very good idea of what I wanted to achieve, but was not sure how to achieve it. They made every step of the journey very easy and stress free, allowing me as much involvement as I felt comfortable with. They accommodated all of my requests and if it was impractical, we worked to find a solution was was suitable.
The core team of crew were of the highest calibre of talent and the subcontractors and supporting companies/dealers Kenorah works with are just as qualified. At no point did I ever feel any of the work being done was rushed or compromised to save time or money. Every issue that arose was brought to my attention immediately and resolved swiftly with their recommendation.
On time and on budget, the finished result was more than I had ever hoped for. Once the project was over Kenorah constantly reaches out to me, making sure everything is still perfect. I have had a couple warrantee issues since then, but they have been fixed and they even went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied.
I would not hesitate to hire Kenorah for my next project and can easily recommend them to anyone.

“Mark Rostad (Bear Creek Special Projects) has done various projects in the past for us so when it came time to design and create a large covered deck, he was our logical choice. Mark's ability turned our requests into an exciting addition to our home. His experience with the use of exposed and engineered beams provided a functional yet dramatic new space. Mark was mindful of the budget and kept us informed all during the building process. He has a good working relationship with other building trades such as electricians, plumbers, roofers etc. who were all involved in this project. Each step of construction came with certain challenges, for example a low pitched roof, new wiring with an electrical panel, engineered beams and custom windows and 10 ft. sliding doors. Mark handled each issue with confidence. We are very pleased with his work and our guests often comment enthusiastically about the result.”

“We had looked at numerous designs and discussed options with several builders for our view lot in Mission, B.C.. The physical characteristics of the lot required vision and experience to fully realize an optimal design.
At the time we were considering a build, we were fortunate to attend an open house for several recently completed projects that Gold Edge designed and built. We were completely sold on the aesthetics, livability and practicality of the homes we viewed.
We entered into discussions about a home for the lot and what they thought we could achieve. It became evident they had good ideas and made suggestions and recommendations for a great design, while maintaining focus on our budget target.
The house was completed July 2015 (on time!) - after 8 months we can say we love our new home. From the design, through to completion, Gold Edge made the process very straightforward and have dealt with the few issues we've had subsequent to completion very quickly.
