He is very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact that he is flexible to changes we make from the blueprints and he is able to give us insight from his experience. “Hernando Moreno was the architect for our "dream" house and he really delivered. He put his heart and soul into our house design and monitored the progress every step of the way. The result is a beautiful home that delights us every day. The home is full of wonderful features including a large front porch, screened porch and back deck across the length of the house. The home also has a state of the art kitchen with the most updated appliances and luxury cabinets. It will hold its value (and more) for many years. With Hernando as your architect you will get outstanding service, expertise and attention to detail. He is a very calm person and will handle all issues.
