“Beegan Build completed a renovation and extension on an old derelict stone building in Edenderry for me in 2013. The building was completed to a very high standard which included concrete floors, underfloor heating, Air to air heatpump resulting in an SEAI A3 energy rating. The project was well managed with no lost time accidents on site. The access to a very busy public road was well managed with no complaints. Tie-ins to both the sewer and the water were completed in conjunction with the Council. The site was maintained in a tidy manor with no complaints from the neighbors. The project was completed within the agreed schedule and within budget. Mr Beegan made several sugestions during the build which optimized both the build cost and living space within the structure. The project included a complete fit out of built in wardroves, fitted kitchen, tiling, painting etc and was finished to a very high standard. You can look at google maps to see what the building looked like before renovation.”

“Had Buildtech in after recommendation from my Insurance company. Water leak happened on a Bank Holiday weekend and Buildtech were on the case immediately. They rectified the cause of the leak and managed the repairs to the ceiling and walls. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work from Derek the plumber , Alan the plasterer , Justin the decorator and Harry the carpet man. All were punctual , efficient and their work is to the highest standard. A big thank you to Robbie who managed the whole project despite some significant obstacles in the course of the work. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I will use them in the future .”

“We hired DP Building to create an open plan area for an old 1970's house that had multiple ad-hoc extensions. They did a fantastic job on the new roof for the extension and incorporated a stunning patent glazing roof-light which every visitor to the house has since commented on. A real stand out feature. DP also built us a lovely patio for our garden, created a real flow from the garden to the house. The kids now spend all their time outside. Inside the house DP rewired, re-plumbed and re-insulated the house with all new plastered walls. Our BER rating went from E2 to B2. The plastering working was second to none. Overall the finish to the house was 5 stars. DP really take pride in their work and it shows in the final finish. Other than the excellent work and attention to detail and ability, one of the best comments I can make about DP is the personal. Every single one of them were professional and courteous. A genuinely nice bunch of people who made me feel very comfortable through all stages of the build. The build was completed on time, there were no hidden costs, no surprises. DP kept me updated through-out the build and did not rush off before the house was finished. They stuck with it till the job was completely finished and I have no qualms in giving them a 5 star rating. Highly recommended from a very happy customer!”

“I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. From start to finish they were thoroughly professional, extremely polite and very patient. They treated our home like their own. We had one chimney removed from top to bottom and another chimney breast removed. We also removed another solid wall. It was an amazing transformation and made all the easier as the parts of the house that they didn't work on but passed through everyday were left spotless. They also gave us some great advise along the way. They have a very positive attitude, which for us was extremely important. Some of the builders that we talked to told us certain things couldn’t be done or wouldn’t be worth doing. Shane and Mark’s attitude was pretty much anything can be done. We will be using these guys for any future work that we may need done.”

Lee engaged and dealt with all the subcontractors such as the plumber, the electrician and the carpenter.
