“I used Aspen for our project, it was our second move from a flat to a house. We bought a house which required a complete refurbishment, in addition we decided to extend the property to the rear along with a loft conversion. The works took 8 months to complete as the entire house was gutted along with front and rear garden landscaping. Aspen were exceptional to work with from start to finish, very accommodating with some additional alterations which we decided to carry out during the build. We would highly recommend Aspen especially as no compromise was taken with our previous home.”

It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. “Prestige build and management undertook a complete renovation of our Victorian house in Plumstead last year. We found every member of the team a pleasure to work with. The quality of each of the trades - tiling, electrics, plumbing and building was excellent. The team were interested in achieving the aesthetic we wanted and advised us on some of our slightly naive ideas and material choices to deliver what we wanted. The whole team were clean, efficient trustworthy and personable. The office team were also really efficient and helpful to deal with. They were willing to work with us when we had cash flow issues with the bank which, on a major project, is invaluable for any home owner. We also had significant regulatory issues with a basement conversion and Jay and his team persevered to get the project completed despite the obstacles. I would say that price wise they are on the upper end of the spectrum but you get the quality and service you pay for and for us it was worth every penny.”

“After living in Sandhurst for many years and extending our old property, it was always my dream to have the house Paul created for us. We purchased an old run down property in a perfect location but needed someone that could transform it into our dream home. We had heard how good Paul was and his attention to detail, so when he came round to listen to what we wanted, it was clear he was the only person that could make our dream come true. His knowledge and experience quickly created plans that were beyond our dreams and he came up with ideas that we would never of thought of. His ability to visualise what was possible from the run down property was mind blowing and the way he developed the plans allowed us to go on an exciting journey to getting our dream home. Once plans were created, and permissions were granted by the council, Paul then magically made the plans come real, but beyond our expectations. Words cannot describe the attention to detail and if things weren't done to his standard then he would redo it until it was perfect. The result is a home beyond our wildest dreams and a home that our family loves living in everyday. He's created the wow factor that everyone who visits comments on.
