We retained Kevin and his team to demolish a waterfront cottage and rebuild on the same footprint as required by county building restrictions. Kevin worked with us through the permitting process to ensure building and environmental requirements were met. We obtained our plan from the Internet before finding Kevin and were not using an architect for the project. “I am in a wheelchair and needed to redesign my kitchen to make it accessible without making it LOOK accessible. Post & Beam (Bill, Scott and Steve) were an incredible help from beginning to end. They helped design it and helped me find appliances that were helpful and contemporary. They were patient with us. We are a busy family with four kids and a husband that travels so we needed time to make our decision, select appliances and yet they never treated us like we were a pain to deal with.
