The Velusina crew were always on time and professional. Right now I'm just saving up so that I can get Velusina back to work on the rest of my home because the rest of the house looks incomplete. All of our requests were met with no issues. We had young children at the time and they worked to make sure the house stayed as a safe environment for them during the renovation. “After 5 years of living in our midtown bungalow and growing our family, it was time for us to overhaul our home. Our 1941 house had not been renovated since the early 80s. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all on one floor, and the feel was drab, dark and tired. After several meetings and quotes with designers and contractors, hiring Bridgemont Properties was the easiest and best decision we could have made. The quoting and ideation process was clear, organized and highly professional. Marion and Rocco immediately put us at ease with their excellent design ideas and creative use of space and colour. Everyone working on our home during the months of the renovation taking place were courteous and skilled. Work was always done on time and Bridgemont Properties remained cognitive and respectful of our deadlines and budget. Their constant, thorough communication and responsiveness kept our family so at ease during the process. Marion and Rocco’s collaboration and imagination was astounding. “Exceptional Service and Quality of workmanship; design with vision I didn’t expect or had myself - on time completion of my renovation and in budget. Would not hesitate to use Reikon again and, actually, just committed to another reno with Reikon. I stress quite a bit about these things but not with Reikon - I can relax with them on top of the job. Highly recommend - perhaps “advise” would be a better way to say it.”
