“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. “I wanted a new kitchen design in my Beverly Hills Condo. The current version was pretty up to date but I do a lot of cooking and wanted a multi-surface counter top for easier clean up. I found GoodFellas because my neighbors were working with them and they did an impeccable job. They were able to come in for a walk though and I signed up right away because I was itching for a new kitchen. The project manager Ran stopped by with many samples of countertops and walked me through the pros and cons of all of them. We used two different materials throughout the kitchen to be compatible with my constant baking and easy clean up. I had to go out of town during part of the remodel due to an emergency but Ran sent me updates and pictures the entire time. They really care about building strong relationships and do a great quality job.”

“It really was absolutely wonderful having My Home Builders transform our never- been-updated kitchen &baths into simply gorgeous, functional, light filled spaces that are now the envy of our family, friends, and neighbors. During our first meeting with Roy, he listened carefully to my color preferences and lengthy wish list in order to come up with a design plan for each of my three rooms. and then, at our next meeting, I was able to view 3D computer images of how the finished rooms would look like, and to say I was astonished to see he'd included every item on my wish list. starting From demo to completion - always ahead of schedule. and by the way - Roy kept us well Informed about every step of the work. This was super important to us. He came early each day to meet with the work crew and us, and was always available by phone / text as well. The project foreman, and his entire crew were super friendly and polite, so it was a pleasure having them in our home each and every day. And true to his word, Roy made certain we were both satisfied with every detail before the job was fully completed. - Since I tend to be very particular, I was thrilled to work with such a company that also shares my views of a job well done!! Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. “I hired Tamir when I bought my first house. I'd seen the work he'd done for a few friends who recommended him highly. Tamir came for my home inspection (which was incredbily helpful to me as a first time buyer) and helped me plan out the changes. For my first project with him we completely remodeled my kitchen and bathroom (including moving/removing walls) along with painting and other smaller projects throughout the interior of the house. The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. His crew did a great job. Tamir truly wants his client to be happy. If I'm not happy with how something turns out he will do whatever needs to be done to make me happy - whether it's coming back for touch ups, to replace some tile, or whatever I need. I have friends who've used other contractors and many say they just ask for money and don't care about making the client happy. Tamir was also great about sticking to my budget. Shortly after I moved in to my house a pipe burst in my front yard. I called Tamir at 5:30am on a Sunday with no idea what to do. He had someone at my house in 30 minutes. His response was amazing and is indicative of how he will always go above and beyond for his clients. My second major project with Tamir was redoing the front yard and exterior of my house and fixing a drainage issue under my back patio. We painted the exterior of the house, added a series of retaining walls to my hillside yard, replaced the front stone steps and landing. In the backyard we demoed out a large concrete patio to add drainage around my house so water stopped running under my house and eroding soil around the pylons. We also stuccoed the front and backyard retaining walls. His team regraded my hillside yard and worked with my landscape designer to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. They hung window boxes and wired my drip irrigation. His crew was available for what I needed. They worked hard and efficiently. Tamir has handled other projects for me as well. He replaced the roof on my house and added insulation. I'm about to start my next project with Tamir -the completion of my backyard. I'm looking forward to getting started. I recommend Tamir to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future.”
