“I hired Crearter Constructions for a major renovation project in late 2016. From the first point of contact the service has been exceptional. Braden, the owner, spent a great deal of time and effort compiling a quote, to the point that a number of his tradespeople viewed the house in advance of the quote to ensure that the costings were accurate. The quotes we received from other builders were made after a short visit to the house and were ball-park figures of that the build might cost.. Braden's quote was extremely detailed and it was easy to see exactly what we were paying for. The build started on time (the job before ours finished exactly when it was supposed to) and moved at an amazing speed. All trades on site were expertly managed and the quality of work at all times was above and beyond what we had expected. Braden is a perfectionist and he is perpetually assessing the work of the tradespeople and insists on a very high standard of work from his whole team. The build has moved ahead without any problems and we are due to finish ahead of schedule and on budget with a finished project that we are delighted with. Braden is a hard working, honest, inspiring, problem solving, committed builder who would do justice to any project he is in charge of. We were fearful before the start of our build, as we had heard many nightmare stories from friends of building projects that had gone wrong. But we didn't need to worry. Braden has exceeded all our expectations. From start to finish our build has been a dream, executed with brilliant precision and managed with good humour and hard work in a truly collaborative way. As far as I am aware I am the only person I know who is sad to see the build coming to an end. It has been an amazing experience for us as first time builders and we have loved every minute of it. “After waiting for a number of years to finally replace our front window we were exceptionally lucky to find Charles Bleyer Constructions in our local paper, The Manly Daily. Charles worked with us to decide on the most appropriate window, ordered the window from Stegbar, ensuring that it would be customised to fit our existing window size/shape. During the ordering and manufacturing of the window, Charles extracted our existing window, quite a task given there were many individual panels of glass to be removed from a relatively high window frame. No glass was broken, all waste materials were placed in their work trailer, the site cleaned and the window area covered appropriately until delivery of the window. Charles kindly took delivery of the window in our absence and the installation of the window. His detail to all the tasks involved was very much appreciated along with the cleanliness of the site. The window looks great, is very functional with great louvers on each side to provide lots of air flow. Now with the window looking so good, we are keen to do more and if we do we would definitely ask Charles and his team to be involved.
