“Mark built our house in 2014 and we have a beautiful house, meeting all our expectations and more. We did while being out of state, through emails and pictures. It worked! The craftsmanship was outstanding. Building a house is a long sometimes challenging process and overall it went well. We had some up and down but that is totally expected for such a huge endeavor: asking a stranger to materialize the most expensive vision you ever had in your life... In the end it all worked out. He came back to fix a few things (which is normal) and we never had to pay or argue about it, he took care of it, no question, and that is special! I would totally work with him and his team again if we ever build another house. I would have no problem recommending him to my best friend or family. Great experience, great house, love living in it!”

“Both bathrooms reconfigured & remodeled. Made handicapped capable. Contractor was honest, punctual and easy to work with. Advantage was the architectural background. He listened and the plan provided us with what we wanted. Would definately reccomend! He also did a kitchen addition in the past and it was the same experience.”

“Homoly Construction is the premier environmentally focused builder in the region. We have been blessed to work as a vendor / subcontractor to Homoly Construction on several projects. On this LEED Certified home we provided the bamboo flooring. If there is an environmentally focus home being built in the Kansas City Metropolitan area Homoly Construction and Davidson Architecture seem to be building it. USGBC LEED for homes, HBA Green Home certified they build them all.”

Dobbe stands behind his work too...any small issues that would arise over the years we've been here, he'd take care of immediately! Best choice in a builder...ever!”

They want to know the entire situation, and truly understand what you are trying to accomplish so they can provide the best (appropriate style, cost-efficient & timely) solution for your need. We brought Lance & Corey in to help us wrap up a larger home renovation project that went sour with another contractor after a handful of months. Corey stepped in to manage the project & ran the show from A-Z, bringing us up to speed on the process of work, costs, or any concerns that he or any of his team of tradesmen found. Hands down, I would recommend the ReTouch team to anyone (Lance, Corey, Melissa, Erik, Herbert and all involved with our project) *Our home renovation included: 1/2 bath addition, full bath renovation, kitchen renovation, electrical, plumbing, exterior repairs & painting, and new HVAC installation.”

“Paul Young and his employees gutted my kitchen, removed a wall and rebuilt it all. This included a beautiful new wood floor, new cabinets and counter tops and they moved a door to improve access to the dining room. He kept me informed along the way about cost or timing on items when I requested changes. (example- we decided on corian rather than granite counter tops) His workers were very clean and courteous and I was comfortable having them in my home. He finished on budget and on time. I highly recommend Gary Brown Homes.”

“I writing this review on Cardinal Crest based on our dealings with the company. We worked with Joe for a couple of months while we were trying to decide on a builder for our new home. It was a very difficult decision, but ultimately we chose to build with a different company. With that being said, we had an extremely positive experience dealing with everyone at Cardinal Crest, Joe in particular. We would absolutely contact them again if we were going build another house, and we would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a quality home. We don't think you can go wrong with their quality or service.”
