“I hired JML Design to design a backyard cottage. This had been a dream of mine for some time and I met Jean-Marc LeRoy in passing and when I learned he was an architect, I mentioned my vision to have a back yard cottage built, but was in no hurry to start. What I really appreciated was that a few months later, he circled around to check in to see what my progress was and if I was still interested in having this done. As a busy business owner with 100's of things jockeying for my attention, I really needed this follow up. After checking out his website that showed some of his previous projects, I saw that his aesthetic was what I was looking for. We met for a consultation, a site preview and then a proposal was presented. This was my first time working with an architect, but I found his breakdown to be thorough and very reasonable. Another thing that I really appreciated about Jean-Marc is his ability to listen. He was able to take my ideas and turn it into something more than I imagined, adding things that represented my style and ideas. Jean-Marc has magnificent talent as well as connection to resources and experts in the field. I would recommend him to my closest friends and feel confident that he would deliver his best.”

“This is our first time using a contractor on a remodel project. We wanted someone local. The team at CASM Contracting did not disappoint. Every person we had contact with was courteous and professional. The owner and the project manager were both patient and thorough in explaining how the process worked. We are very data driven and felt the information was invaluable in working with them. The project was a full bathroom remodel and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. We received several bids and the cost matched the average. We both work from home and the team was timely, clean, and respectful of the noise level. We would recommend James Steele (owner) and CASM Contracting for all your building needs. We hope to use him in the future for additional remodeling on our 1956 Ranch style home.”

“Lewis | Construction Group worked with me on a complete remodel of my first home. The knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail blew me away. Not only were the recommendations solid and sound, Jay had a ton of great input that lead to a better end product. We ended up removing a wall between the kitchen and living room to give a more family style feel. This was definitely a selling point for the home and potential buyers loved the open space. Jay and team are respectful, aware and responsible. Everything I would expect from a General Contractor but often cannot find. We have worked with Lewis | Construction group on all our subsequent home remodels, and will continue to do so. Integrity is the most important thing to us, and Jay and team bring that 10 fold. He also installed a french patio door that has completely improved the look of my dining room. He also hand built a mantel for my fireplace, that people constanly ask me where I purchased it! I have more work to do on the house, and Eric with Northwest Precision Remodeling will be my first choice of contractors.”
