“Being new to the area, I found Lovett Building by pure chance. I assumed I'd have to meet several contractors before finding a match. Not so! Ben Lovett can handle everything from design to digging, foundations to fancy, paint to plumbing. But beyond being a capable creative contractor, Mr. Lovett has ideas and vision. I was embarking on a total remodel of a shabby 1940's miners cabin, and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing! And yet, I knew a lot about how I wanted it to feel in the end. So I needed a very patient builder who was also an astute listener. And naturally, I also needed someone honest, hard working and communicative. Lovett Building met all these needs, in addition to all the basics: accountable, thorough, and stayed within budget and timeline. The process (1 year) was fun and interesting, and I am now living in my dream home. Could not be happier!”

“George Henley is fantastic to work with. He understood what I wanted and worked with my designer, who happens to be my sister. He has talented and artistic craftsmen and manages the timeline of the project. He responds quickly to any question or concern and makes sure that everything is done right. I had him remodel 2 bathrooms. Both were done close to the timeline. I was informed of any extra problems and given options. The bathrooms look perfect and stunning. I wish I had another project just so I could work with George again!”

“Prior to tackling a very complicated remodeling project Vince Nicosia performed a detailed walk-through and provided cost estimates for the project. We learned a tremendous amount about current building codes from Vince's detailed evaluation of our situation. His professional opinion was that the project was not conducive to a remodel but he spent extra time with us to make suggestions and provide options that we might consider. Although we will not be going forward with the remodel, we will definitely use Nicosia Construction in the future as well as recommend him to our neighbors and friends. We feel very fortunate to have met Mr. Nicosia and to have had his help with our project.”

“Joe Goitia is a professional contractor who has an eye for suggesting improvements which both enhance the daily living in the home but also the long-term resale value of the home. You could not select a more personal contractor for a home remodel or expansion. We have used synergy Builders for five separate projects: deck remodel; kitchen/family room remodel; bathroom remodel; exterior painting of home and RV pad for camping trailer. We highly recommend him!”
