“It really was absolutely wonderful having My Home Builders transform our never- been-updated kitchen &baths into simply gorgeous, functional, light filled spaces that are now the envy of our family, friends, and neighbors. During our first meeting with Roy, he listened carefully to my color preferences and lengthy wish list in order to come up with a design plan for each of my three rooms. and then, at our next meeting, I was able to view 3D computer images of how the finished rooms would look like, and to say I was astonished to see he'd included every item on my wish list. starting From demo to completion - always ahead of schedule. and by the way - Roy kept us well Informed about every step of the work. This was super important to us. He came early each day to meet with the work crew and us, and was always available by phone / text as well. The project foreman, and his entire crew were super friendly and polite, so it was a pleasure having them in our home each and every day. And true to his word, Roy made certain we were both satisfied with every detail before the job was fully completed. - Since I tend to be very particular, I was thrilled to work with such a company that also shares my views of a job well done!! It's superior quality work, at not a penny more than the contracted price that was completed on time. My Home Builders is the best choice you can make for all your remodeling needs. “I'm sooo happy I chose to go with Tal, Yosi & Creative Remodeling #1. A lot of companies promise the world, but when it comes to deliver they fail miserably. Trust me, I've had a few problems when it came to this. Creative Remodeling and Tal were so good that I have already referred 2 of my friends and family members. You would think because the prices were so competitive that the quality and service would suffer, but we were happily surprised that it went even more smooth than anticipated. “Going with OTM Designs & Remodeling Inc. was the best decision I could have possibly made for transforming my kitchen. Price, materials, installation and service cannot be beat!! The installation was very smooth and fast. They use different teams for granite, cabinets and tile, which is good because they are all specialized. They are all on time and worked hard. I was able to leave the keys with them and they came in and out with no incident. Demolition and installation of everything was very meticulous and clean. Offer came by for a site visit after the cabinets came in and was very communicative as to what was finished, what time the installers were coming in. But most importantly, the quality of the finished product is excellent. The cabinets were all plywood boxes, no MDF anywhere and the granite installation looked great. Installation was very detail oriented. I have one counter that was seamed so well that it looks like a single slab. Offer and the team are very good to work with and if you do encounter any problems, the team will be sure to fix it. These are straightforward, honest guys who are anal about kitchens. They are also very accommodating. I should also point out that they did not charge me for any hidden extras or surprise costs when the work was complete. My only complaint is that the kitchen looks so good, it's making the rest of my place look damn cheesy!! I predict a trip to Sears in my immediate future, since my cheapo stove sticks out like a sore thumb. I will absolutely be back for my bathrooms. Thanks OTM Designs & Remodeling Inc. and all the Yelpers helping me find this gem! Also, they do free in-home estimates so call them! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.”

“We received several quotes from contractors, some of whom tried to up sell or told us we couldn't do what we had envisioned and would need a completely different floor plan. But most were very pleasant and 3 came in at approximately the same bid price of 48,000. In the end, we chose IND Construction because we liked David and believed he would do what he said he would do. In the beginning David told us the job would take between 2 and 4 months to complete and it ended up taking a little over 2 months. Their were a few glitches along the way, such as finding that the wall we knocked out was in fact a retaining wall after the engineer had said that it wasn't. Or when a member of one work crew knocked our driveway gate out of the wall and just propped it back up without telling us. But as soon as any problem was encountered David had it fixed immediately, including figuring out how to put a giant beam across our ceiling to replace the retaining wall at no extra charge. Living in a construction zone for 2 months is never pleasant but the majority of subcontractors used by IND are very professional, clean and friendly. This made the experience better than expected. We would definitely work with David and his team again and we are very pleased with how well everything turned out.”

“We purchased a home last year and my husband called Levi construction. They were highly recommended by a dear friend and we were not disappointed. We needed major renovation throughout the house, kitchen, rooms, bathrooms, flooring you name it. It was a big project that took them about 6 months to complete. I was expecting the usual headaches with any renovation project from past experiences but Daniel and his team did an amazing job, they stayed within budget and always made themselves available to answer our questions. “I hired Tamir when I bought my first house. I'd seen the work he'd done for a few friends who recommended him highly. Tamir came for my home inspection (which was incredbily helpful to me as a first time buyer) and helped me plan out the changes. For my first project with him we completely remodeled my kitchen and bathroom (including moving/removing walls) along with painting and other smaller projects throughout the interior of the house. The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. His crew did a great job. Tamir truly wants his client to be happy. If I'm not happy with how something turns out he will do whatever needs to be done to make me happy - whether it's coming back for touch ups, to replace some tile, or whatever I need. I have friends who've used other contractors and many say they just ask for money and don't care about making the client happy. Tamir was also great about sticking to my budget. Shortly after I moved in to my house a pipe burst in my front yard. I called Tamir at 5:30am on a Sunday with no idea what to do. He had someone at my house in 30 minutes. His response was amazing and is indicative of how he will always go above and beyond for his clients. My second major project with Tamir was redoing the front yard and exterior of my house and fixing a drainage issue under my back patio. We painted the exterior of the house, added a series of retaining walls to my hillside yard, replaced the front stone steps and landing. In the backyard we demoed out a large concrete patio to add drainage around my house so water stopped running under my house and eroding soil around the pylons. We also stuccoed the front and backyard retaining walls. His team regraded my hillside yard and worked with my landscape designer to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. They hung window boxes and wired my drip irrigation. His crew was available for what I needed. They worked hard and efficiently. Tamir has handled other projects for me as well. He replaced the roof on my house and added insulation. I'm about to start my next project with Tamir -the completion of my backyard. I'm looking forward to getting started. I recommend Tamir to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future.”
