“We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

“I have hired South Pointe Companies several times, most recently to renovate the outdoor entertainment area behind my house. This is a canyon-side house with terraces. They have revised and enhanced the cobble retaining walls between three terrace levels and planned / executed installation of artificial grass on one of the terrace levels and in the front yard of the house. Great attention to detail and flexible about my key requirements for the work. I will work with them again.”

“I've been working with Brad now for a number of years as his photographer, and over that time have photographed numerous finished projects, and can attest to the attention to detail he gives each and every job. I always look forward to shooting one of his projects, as I know everything will ready to go, (even having all of the lights on prior to my arrival)! Brad always includes some extremely nice upgrades not often found in most homes, particularly built-in iPads that control specific features within the home, and in-closet safes that provide a great level of security. “Where to begin? We thought we started on a much needed re-roof but with the discovery of termites, it led to a complete home refreshening with windows and doors, a formidable entry, a beautiful extended patio cover, new tiled decking etc. What should have been a nightmare in scheduling, we simply left all the details to Chad of All Trades and let their drafting, engineering, demolition, framing, roofing, tiling, and stuccoing team do their thing. We now have the "new house" on the block!”

“Jack Kalisvaart, Design & General Contractor, remodeled the shower and tub enclosures in the bathrooms of our 32-year-old home. The job consisted of removing an ancient fiberglass molded shower and a tube with enclosure, partially rebuilding the revealed walls, which were then tiled. The bathtub was replaced in the guest bathroom, and a new shower floor was built in the master bathroom. Plumbing was also replaced in both bathrooms. From our experience with Jack, we saw that he his is very focused on doing the best job possible. He proved to be an expert in dealing with the problems created by older homes. His efforts to do things “the right way” made us feel comfortable about the project and very pleased with the outcome when the job was completed. Both bathrooms look great! Jack kept the work area as clean as possible. He was always conscience of the fact that it was our home and we were living there through the construction. He planned his work so that there was very little inconvenience, and always leaving us one fully working bathroom. The costs were reasonable and included allotments for our choices of tile and plumbing fixtures. Jack’s years of experience came in handy as he offered his suggestions, which were valued inputs to our decision making. We have no regrets using Jack and would use him again should the need arise. Oceanside, California”
