“I received 4 quotes to renovate my bathroom and laundry. Broadwater Builds was not the most expensive nor the cheapest. I was impressed with the professional approach of the company. I was given a detailed schedule of the work to be done. Louis also kept in constant contact with me, during the renovation, with updates when tradesmen were coming to my house. During the renovation I requested the work be completed by a certain date due to my sister coming from UK for a short holiday. Louis worked "his magic" and the renovation was completed the day before my sister arrived! I thoroughly recommend Broadwater Builds to anyone who requires renovation work done to their home.”

“We got onto Mondo via a builder broker. We were impressed with Ray's nothing-is-a-problem attitude, plus he come in the cheapest. Ray was most accommodating in all my little changes along the build process. Issues where few, but dealt with very promptly & satisfactory. To this day whenever I hear of someone wanting to build, I always drop Mondo's name as a builder to consider.”

“I engaged Refresh renovations Perth to open up my kitchen/dining/lounge/study into a larger space and modernise it. They took care of the engineering, planning, building and finishing. My experience with them was very, very good and I highly recommend their services. They engaged great planners and designers and their tradespeople were top notch. The build went smoothly and I was informed of progress regularly and consulted regularly. Nothing was too much trouble with them or their trades. If you're looking for a team in Perth that can take care of your building project I recommend you engage Refresh Renovations.”
