“My wife and I worked with Riverview Builders to build a new home while planning our wedding at the same time. Initially we visited and talked to 3 different builders in the southwest suburbs of Chicago as we needed to choose a builder who could partner with us during this extremely busy time in our lives. I cannot say enough of at how professional Riverview Builders were as they answered all of our initial questions in a timely and detailed manner and ultimately won us over. We did not regret that decision at all during the home building process as when decisions needed to be made regarding the house they took our input and incorporated the feedback to make it a reality. In addition, they also made excellent recommendations to help identify potential changes that other builders might have overlooked. Once construction began Riverview Builders did a superb job of keeping us up to date with the progress of the house and we were super excited to move into the home after construction was completed 1 month earlier than promised.”

“We are in the process of doing an addition with a new kitchen and dining area. The design is beautiful and all of the employees have been wonderful to work with. Our only complaint is that the project is moving slower than we were told to expect and days have gone by with no progress. We are anxious to finish! Pictures available upon request!”

Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective. We also found Chris and his colleagues to be extremely responsive to our questions and needs, and very open to our feedback. “Working with Dominic and LivModern was a pleasure from beginning to end. We initially found Dominic through another California-like, clean, and modern house he built. Besides his aesthetic, it was also his statement that he would build our home just like he would build one for himself…that is a very different perspective than most builders, and really resonated with us. He truly cares about the details as if it was his own house. Not just the visible features, but the mechanicals and the detail behind the walls and under the floors. He limits the number of simultaneous projects so he and his team really focused on our home. Our trust in Dominic was well-placed and in the end, he built us a wonderful home on which we are complimented constantly. “US BES was top notch from start to finish. Very professional and detailed proposal followed up by full explanation of the special circumstances of our project. Work dates and times were clearly communicated and adhered to which made our lives much easier as we were managing a full time family during the project. Site was cleaned every day with no materials or garbage left behind and everything was completed on time and on budget. Furthermore, the owner of the Company was on site full time while all the work was being completed, it was not subcontracted out to someone else to complete the project. Would highly recommend US BES for any project you may be contemplating”
