“Duncan Frazier is the complete home improvement company. From initial design to completion, we felt like we were in good hands. Our finished product is exactly what we previewed via virtual reality technology. In a difficult time with supply chain issues, the Duncan Frazier team was able to work with the suppliers and effectively communicate on our behalf. Each of the different subs we worked with were experts and did fantastic work. The cabinet trim, tile work, and flooring was expertly installed and is always noticed by our friends and neighbors. I would definitely recommend Duncan Frazier to my closest friends and family.”

They installed a remotely located French drain and remodeled my patio with paving stones to create a work of art. Their crew was courteous and always cleaned up after the days work, keeping the work area safe for my family and looking neat. The work was performed within budget and on schedule, while giving me advance notice of what work was being performed, and when. They have my highest recommendation. Glen Hawkins”

The new space Sean designed improved how we cook, eat, do homework and interact as a family. We had an out-dated kitchen with a challenging layout and Sean took the existing space and created a modern, fresh and functional kitchen for us enjoy for years to come. “We are four years in to our Rainey built home, and things are pretty good. No major problems. Just one thing : the paint they used on the walls was very matte, and gets dirty easily. Fortunately we repainted the kitchen and living room ourselves before moving in. If going with these guys, male sure to specify semigloss paint.”
