“KC Custom Homes recently completed our dream home in Cordova on Canyon Lake. Our experience from initial contact with Ken Castro and his sons to visualizing our dreams with Rudy, the amazing home designer, were superior to all the custom home stories I had heard. The foundation was poured at the start of June and we moved in at the end of December. Our project manager - Jaime- worked from day 1 to stay on top of the build and ensure each step was done well. The entire process was a positive one and we believe much of that starts with the vision and work ethic of KC Custom Homes and those who work for this company. Were there some bumps- of course- but KC Custom Homes worked through each issue that surfaced. We are so pleased to be in our home and would welcome the chance to talk more about our experience. “Building a custom home can be quite overwhelming...so we were told! Decisions are endless and opinions change through the process. Our experience of building our first custom home was SO much better than what we had anticipated based on the horror stories you often hear of! Genuine Custom Homes was with us each and every step of the way and Karl was amazing to work with!!! His organization skills speak volumes for themselves. We were constantly kept in the loop of what the current status was and what we could expect to come and it was so nice to know that we had someone supervising our project who cared about our home just as much as we did! Karl was always in contact with us and set up appointments for us with his chosen professionals who already knew about our style before we even arrived to meet with them to discuss specifics. We were involved in the entire process and when we were not immediately available we had the confidence that Karl knew our goals and style well enough to make things happen as we would have them. We would absolutely recommend a Genuine Custom Home to our friends and family-- we have now been in our home for six months and from the date of move in we have not been disappointed! On top of that...Karl has been in contact occasionally to check in with us which is nice...it's not often you get taken care of after the completion of your project (sale)!”

“After 34 years of marriage and many moves we were finally ready to put down roots and build our forever home and we are so happy that Troy and Lisa Parker agreed to partner with us on this project! They were an absolute pleasure to work with- responsive, professional and organized. They have a good working relationship with their high quality and reputable subcontractors and there is a commitment to excellence throughout the building process. Both Troy and Lisa were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The sheer volume of details/decisions that go into building a custom home can be overwhelming to say the least, but Troy and Lisa are always calm and focused- you know you are in good hands. Our house had a number of challenging custom features, e.g., old doors, custom vent hood, reclaimed beams, vintage beadboard wall- Troy and Lisa worked closely with us always going the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the end result. They are a great team with Troy's experience and knowledge of the industry and Lisa's strong organizational skills keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and managing the budget. We are thrilled with our beautiful home and feel so blessed that we get to live here. “After a very successful MBR bathroom remodeling session, we invited Scott and Carol to come back to remodel our kitchen. This included removal of the builder quality cabinets and replacing them with white 42" shaker cabinets and plenty of extra space. Their team did a great job and finished the project in the time they projected. Questions -- Scott or Carol almost instantly respond. They are both extremely flexible and want to ensure you wind up with exactly the finished product you desired. Quality work for a reasonable price!! Highly recommended.”

“What started with moving furniture and noticing a soft spot in the carpet along the edge of an outside wall and a water spot suddenly appearing in the ceiling above it with San Antonio’s heavy rains of Sept 2018 started our journey with DMJ Restorations. Sam Hoffman was extremely knowledgeable in guiding us through the insurance process and, because of his efforts, we actually received more money than we might have received otherwise. We learned a lot along the course. We have been so pleased with their entire team for a multitude of tasks they did for us – roofing, demolition, construction, sheetrock, painting and carpet installation. They were here when they said they would be, did what they said they were going to do (and then some), and cleaned up extremely well after themselves. All while respecting our home and its contents. They paid attention to all of the little details, some we wouldn’t have thought of on our own, and made sure we were satisfied from start to finish. Would we recommend them to others? YOU BET and without hesitation!”

“I was referred to Rhino Design Build by a long-time friend, and the job was to restore a masonry store front that had been damaged by a vehicle. Danny produced a common-sense solution that should have produced a rapid completion. The City of San Antonio required extra professional evaluations and modernization that was beyond the repairs and involved extra costs. He dealt with these extra requirements and the job was completed in a reasonable time, even with the extra work and extra specialty reports that the City required. I was pleased with the jobs performed. The property was in escrow to be sold when this happened, and no problems resulted.”

“I purchased a Home from Curry Creek Homes in September of 2016. I was getting ready to purchase a different home in the neighborhood and as I was driving around Gillbert ‘s home caught me eye. The design from the outside was very appealing, but as soon as I went inside, I was sold. His detail to craftsmanship and layout was great. From the 9’ ceilings and over sized molding, I was sold. This is my forth home I have bought and my second new one. By far the after the sale service you will never beat. Gillbert always answers the phone if there is any question or needs. His subcontractors are there when he says, you can tell he has a good relationship with them. Over and above I highly recommend Curry Creek Homes to be your builder, I promise you will not be disappointed!! Kenny”
