“I hired JML Design to design a backyard cottage. This had been a dream of mine for some time and I met Jean-Marc LeRoy in passing and when I learned he was an architect, I mentioned my vision to have a back yard cottage built, but was in no hurry to start. What I really appreciated was that a few months later, he circled around to check in to see what my progress was and if I was still interested in having this done. As a busy business owner with 100's of things jockeying for my attention, I really needed this follow up. After checking out his website that showed some of his previous projects, I saw that his aesthetic was what I was looking for. We met for a consultation, a site preview and then a proposal was presented. This was my first time working with an architect, but I found his breakdown to be thorough and very reasonable. Another thing that I really appreciated about Jean-Marc is his ability to listen. He was able to take my ideas and turn it into something more than I imagined, adding things that represented my style and ideas. Jean-Marc has magnificent talent as well as connection to resources and experts in the field. I would recommend him to my closest friends and feel confident that he would deliver his best.”

Ft. including relocating out kitchen, Leveling up the living room and adding two bathrooms to the house. The promises were delivered and we got a beautiful home to share with our family. The level of communication and professionalism were always their ultimate goal. Their passion about the details and the outcome is something we always felt. His various sub-contractors have produced high quality results. In addition to his attention to detail, he has been easy to contact and responsive to our concerns. In both cases, we've been very pleased with the final results. It's so nice to have inspectors and friends comment on the quality of his work.”

“Lewis | Construction Group worked with me on a complete remodel of my first home. The knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail blew me away. Not only were the recommendations solid and sound, Jay had a ton of great input that lead to a better end product. We ended up removing a wall between the kitchen and living room to give a more family style feel. This was definitely a selling point for the home and potential buyers loved the open space. Jay and team are respectful, aware and responsible. Everything I would expect from a General Contractor but often cannot find. We have worked with Lewis | Construction group on all our subsequent home remodels, and will continue to do so. Integrity is the most important thing to us, and Jay and team bring that 10 fold. It was definitely a great experience!”

He also installed a french patio door that has completely improved the look of my dining room. He also hand built a mantel for my fireplace, that people constanly ask me where I purchased it! I have more work to do on the house, and Eric with Northwest Precision Remodeling will be my first choice of contractors.”

“Thoroughly professional. Process was totally transparent from cost breakdowns and change orders, regular onsite meetings, spreadsheet showing timing of all aspects of the work. Finished on time as agreed. Always available for questions, problems or other issues. Came in on budget. All subcontractors were of excellent quality. Even after completion of the job, they have been helpful and responsive to us. They made a stressful process as stress-free as it could possibly be. We had complete confidence in their ability to give us a quality end product. We were extremely pleased.”
