“We hired this company in 1991 to custom build our 3200 square foot home. This is a family owned business and at that time was owned and operated by Mike Ritzman's mom and dad. They were terrific. They were on time, they were pleasant and they even returned some of our money. In the ensuing years I have had them remodel a rental property I have, plus a $30,000 repair when a large tree fell onto the roof.
