“Darryl and the team at Copia were just incredible to work with. The quality and personal touches on every finish throughout the property showed he treated this project as though he was building his own home. Having Copia design, develop and ultimately sell our home to us meant we had someone who we trusted and could give us genuine feedback on all our questions. We bought our property 18 months ago and still keep in touch with Darryl and the team. They are always able to answer any questions or help us with anything needed. We also used Copia for some recent additions to our home to keep with the same design and quality. I couldn't recommend Copia highly enough to anyone looking for a high-end quality home and first class people to work with.”

“Aaron and his team did a large flooring job for me in a home I recently purchased. They were polite, clean, on time and communication was stellar. The end product looks amazing and we get nothing but compliments from our guests. Aaron took the time to come out to our home and loaded us up with flooring samples and suggestions which lead to us finding the perfect floor for our space. “We hired Stack+Co about a year and half ago for demolishing our existing house and building a new house on the same site. I am happy to say that we have had a really wonderful experience throughout the process. They were completely transparent about the budget, shared information on a timely basis and provided excellent project management support throughout the project. Our house is a modern contemporary house so we were looking for an architect and construction team that could deliver on our design intent. In Stack and Catriel Tulian we found both! The design of our house is amazing and the execution excellent. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work has truly impressed us. All the Stack staff we have had the chance to interact with have been professional, friendly and helpful. Our project certainly had its challenges but we found that the team was always willing to think creatively and find a way to address any sticky issues. I would highly recommend Stack + Co. It was a pleasure working with them!!”

“Marcelo and his team did an exceptional job in our home. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the work done. He gave us excellent advice on how to go about the changes made to the house. Throughout the remodeling process, he dealt with electrical, plumbing, framing, siding, HVAC and a few other things. We opened up our entire first floor, remodeled our kitchen, got new floors, remodeled our master bedroom and bathroom just to mention a few things done. It was a big job! and delivered on time. There is no sugar coating he will tell you like it is and not try to up sell you on more. As soon as we made a decision, he was on it, making things happen. He is very responsive and dedicated to the job. He will answer all your questions honestly taking the time explain the process in a professional and courteous manner. The job was done within the price range expected and at a fair price. We had a great experience from begging to end. I wouldn’t hesitate on using them again. I highly recommend New Generation Custom Homes not only for big projects like mine but for small ones too.”
