The first project scope included complete restoration of an older log home. The project included power washing, staining, caulking, and some log replacement. It was a very labor intensive effort. Joe supervised the work and ensured the end result was satisfactory. It was more than satisfactory. It looked like a new log home at the completion. Two years ago, he supervised a total window replacement (33 windows) for the same log home. The work included selection of a premium window, accurate measuring, and supervision of the project.
