This is a first class organization, providing professional consulting, timely estimates and quality work in every aspect of their business. They keep the customer in the loop and have never walked away from a project until it has been completed. We have had rooms and kitchens re-modeled, exterior restoration, foundation and sill repair, interior and exterior painting and numerous jobs where Rose Incorporated has brought in sub contractors for projects like roof repair, HVAC, chimney replacement and electrical work. All first class work. We will always go Rose Incorporated first, whatever the job.”

“Taylor Bryan designed and built a major kitchen/half bath/mudroom renovation for our 1960's home. They were courteous, knowledgable, creative and wonderful to work with. They listened to our wants and needs and worked with us patiently to come to a design that satisfied both our wants in terms of space and our needs in term of a budget. They also were willing to help us envision a fourth bedroom addition that we will hopefully undertake in the near future. We needed to "see" the whole picture renovation before committing to the first-stage of the renovation and they were willing to do this with us. They also worked with us to figure out a solution of where to put the washer/dryer for we had to move it from its existing space on the first floor for the 1st stage of the renovation but weren't ready to put it where it will eventually go once the second stage of the renovation is complete. They began the project on time, finished on time and the price of the project was exactly the price we agreed upon (to the penny). We would recommend them for sure!!!”

“Tony was hired to be my General Contractor for the construction of my new home in Fairfield CT. I worked closely with Tony for over a year on this project. Tony was excellent. Tony not only ran and efficient and on time construction project but was also instrumental in giving my wife and I advice on what options we should consider as we looked at the various design elements. Tony brought his creative flair, practical design concepts and also meaningful ideas to help save both time and money. Since the project has completed Tony and I have become friends and we still talk weekly about odd jobs on the house or other enhancements that we are considering. In other words Tony not only goes above and beyond during the project but he will be around and available even after the project is all wrapped up. “Wonderful experience--Mike Nadeau is a talented and creative designer and builder with a super team who are courteous, thorough and highly skilled. He is very willing to be available and visited the project site regularly, often pitching in to do some of the work himself. He uses a first rate team of associates including carpenters, structural engineers, electricians, excavators, painters and HVAC personnel and manages to coordinate their arrivals and departures like a smoothly running broadway show with no wasted time or delays. They did a major renovation including building a large add-on family room, a new kitchen, wrap-around deck, portico and repair of a substantial amount of rotted siding and trim as well as correcting the prior work of others which needed redoing. We used him gladly for subsequent projects and would do it again any time. Absolutely first rate!!!!”

“I assisted my very elderly parents who built a T&M home in Ellington Meadows last year. Everybody from my initial contact until one year after the closing was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have had experiences building homes with three other companies. This was by far the best experience. My Mom and Dad were also very happy with the quality and the overall experience. I would recommend T&M to any one who wants a quality home built by a team that cares about the customer.”
