“Our kitchen was completed about 18 months ago and we love it Simon made it really easy at the design stage - and it was a mixture of me going to the showroom and Simon coming to our house. he had some great suggestions but kept to the simplicity and the style we wanted. We knocked 2 rooms into one to create one large kitchen All the work (with the exception of the floor) was done by contractors who do a lot of work for intoto and are used to working at a high standard and not one of them needed to be called back. work started on time and finished on time and the house was left in a clean and tidy state every night and we felt we could trust all of the contractors who came into our house . The only issue we had was with the Karndean floor - it was arranged through intoto but Karndean weren't great and they did have to come back twice to finish the floor properly couldn't recommend the Wokingham Intoto team highly enough.”

They were the only kitchen company who actually listened to the brief, and came back with drawings and designs which not only reflected what we wanted, but incorporated some brilliant new ideas. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their showrooms were so comprehensively equipped that I have ended up with a far better range of kitchen hardware than I had ever known existed – I cannot now imagine life without a steam oven, let alone my boiling water tap! Or the induction hob, come to that. They took responsibility for the whole project from start to finish, so that there was a seamless process from initial conversation through to returning home to a beautiful kitchen (with flowers, basic food and a bottle of champagne kindly provided by Richard Carter and his team). There were no panic phone calls or queries while we were away, and we came back to find everything was perfect (except that after 48 hours of travel I had to ring them to find out how to work the coffee machine!). We have returned to them for further work, for dining furniture, and for a new bathroom. They designed a special shelving unit to blend with the olivewood cupboards, admired by everyone. Their workmen are of the highest calibre, and every detail is taken care of. Richard seemed to have an intuitive grasp of what I would like, and how I would want things to be, and that was very reassuring when you know you will be away for the entire project. hobsons|choice are a pleasure to deal with – two friends of mine are already using them thanks to my eulogies.””

“Absolutely delighted with my kitchen, the workmanship from each of the trades was very good. All of them polite and clean and tidy The units, flooring and internal doors provided are all of a good quality. Kept to original budget. The only thing that dissappointed, was the timescale of works, I was without use of appliances longer than expected. The whole job was project managed by a very efficient and affable person and I was kept informed of the progress at all times. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lima.”

“I had 3 quotes of which Discover Kitchens was the highest. (Not by a huge amount). I chose to use them because the quality of the products was of the highest quality. I also felt the service from Simon was excellent and at no point did I feel we were getting the "hard sell" treatment. The other 2 companies were miles away in terms of seeming to genuinely care and the products felt substandard in comparison. When deciding who to go with it was important to have a contract with someone we felt could be trusted. I would not hesitate to recommend Simon. Yes he might be more expensive but, the quality and service are well worth that bit more to get peace that you will be well looked after.”
