““I can honestly say that dealing with hobsons|choice was a pleasure from start to finish. They were the only kitchen company who actually listened to the brief, and came back with drawings and designs which not only reflected what we wanted, but incorporated some brilliant new ideas. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their showrooms were so comprehensively equipped that I have ended up with a far better range of kitchen hardware than I had ever known existed – I cannot now imagine life without a steam oven, let alone my boiling water tap! Or the induction hob, come to that. They took responsibility for the whole project from start to finish, so that there was a seamless process from initial conversation through to returning home to a beautiful kitchen (with flowers, basic food and a bottle of champagne kindly provided by Richard Carter and his team). Their workmen are of the highest calibre, and every detail is taken care of. Richard seemed to have an intuitive grasp of what I would like, and how I would want things to be, and that was very reassuring when you know you will be away for the entire project. hobsons|choice are a pleasure to deal with – two friends of mine are already using them thanks to my eulogies.””

“Our kitchen was completed about 18 months ago and we love it Simon made it really easy at the design stage - and it was a mixture of me going to the showroom and Simon coming to our house. he had some great suggestions but kept to the simplicity and the style we wanted. We knocked 2 rooms into one to create one large kitchen All the work (with the exception of the floor) was done by contractors who do a lot of work for intoto and are used to working at a high standard and not one of them needed to be called back. work started on time and finished on time and the house was left in a clean and tidy state every night and we felt we could trust all of the contractors who came into our house . The only issue we had was with the Karndean floor - it was arranged through intoto but Karndean weren't great and they did have to come back twice to finish the floor properly couldn't recommend the Wokingham Intoto team highly enough.”

From the outset Thomas listened to what I wanted & gave sound advice but never tried to 'oversell' to me & he really understood the look & feel of the kitchen I wanted. During the planning stage they sent visuals & quotes for us to get it exactly as we wanted and there was no problem in our delay due to building works! The fitting of the kitchen is exceptional, the time & detail that Thomas & his team put in was outstanding. His design was far superior to the others we had received, although we made a couple of personal changes. The price agreed was better than expected and the installation went smoothly, a special mention to Paul who installed it and did a fantastic job. My only comment would be is we were surprised Richard never visited at the end of the project to see how his design transferred from the concept to reality.
