Given our busy schedule, we opted for a Zoom-based collaboration, which turned out to be both convenient and effective. “After our home burned - we rebuilt - not knowing where to start with furnishings & decorating, I contacted Anita Thompson of Interior Spaces. Upon request, Anita went through the Street of Dreams homes with us. We wanted to use the new grays that we saw. By the time we finished picking out a house full of furniture, we realized Anita had a phenomenal eye for color-coordinating. With Anita's expertise, we picked out fabrics for custom-made draperies/valances/bedspreads. I wish everyone could see our accessorized master bedroom - you take a second look. The workroom that she uses for sewing is flawless. Anita took us to select fixtures for plumbing - lighting - granite shop - wallpaper/paint stores - Anita helped us select amazing colors for the walls - (visitors continually ask, "what is the name of that color?) Anita brought large boards of paint samples, fabric samples and window coverings to the house. Anita helped us select cabinets/flooring/crown moldings. We have been 100% happy working with Anita during the process of building. She always showed up on time & carried through with even the smallest request/detail. Our goal was to create a calm, soothing environment for our guests to enjoy when the visit us from near and far. We wanted beautiful artwork with modern furniture and Jamie really pulled that together for us. I greatly appreciate her kind way of helping me determine which items that we already had would work and what needed to be replaced. She was also wonderful at incorporating the the things that had special sentimental value for us. This was our second project with Jamie who helped us previously with our project of reviewing and hanging up our artwork. I was overwhelmed with way too many pieces and she helped us pull out the very best and place them in groupings that made sense and look elevated. I was hoping to get a gallery wall and Jamie made this wish come true in my home office where I get to see it every day! Thank you, Jamie!
