She made it very easy, bringing a dozen or so samples to our home and then helping us narrow the selection, and finally decide on a nice brown striped carpet. I could not have found these carpets in the retail carpet stores or on my own. She came to our house 3 or 4 times. Marcella also suggested we remove a built-in bench in the room which helped widen our space so we could reorient the room. We love our new rooms! The carpet is excellent quality and is wearing well. Marcella steered us toward a choice that adds some character to the rooms but is still neutral enough so it will add to the value of the home.”
