The project was quite extensive and multi-faceted. Francesca provided all the design and decorating recommendations and the project turned out fantastic and the client was thrilled with the result. “Sarah did an amazing job helping us with our basement renovation. We have a small space with some constraints from the original construction of the house, and Sarah nonetheless managed to create a bright and open space that doesn't feel like a basement at all. She also gave us different options at various price points for furniture, and when we wanted some modifications, she quickly turned those around and met ours needs perfectly. If we ever have another home renovation project, we'd absolutely go back to Sarah for our design needs.”

“Terrific from start to finish! HFD was able to able to update our tired kitchen and family room. Made it beautiful as well as functional (I Love to cook and finally have a kitchen that "works"!) Lots of options in terms of pricing - Alicia always presented 3-4 possibilities for each piece we bought that covered a range in pricing. She was professional and knowledgeable and frankly easy to communicate with. She is connected with some terrific suppliers - we got the stone that everyone else wanted!!!! She has great vision and can make it happen!”

“Darlene has again brought her expertise and professionalism to our home. When we decided to completely renovate our kitchen and two full bathrooms, Darlene spent many hours putting together different proposals and layouts until just the right ones were found. Our contractor was recommended by Darlene and they worked together to ensure that all work was completed to everyone's satisfaction. The project was kept to budget, other than one unexpected cost and the timelines of the project were good. Darlene kept in touch throughout the project and visited on-site to ensure everything was going smoothly. The kitchen is just what we envisioned and both bathrooms, especially the en-suite bathroom, are perfect. My husband and I are totally happy with all the decisions made and how well Darlene was able to create the look that we wanted.”

“Gabriele has worked on two different projects in my home. She was always punctual for our meetings and she delivered products on schedule. She gave great advice regarding painting, window and floor coverings. Together we selected furniture, fabric coverings and accessories for my home. Gabriele had a very good sense of what I was looking for and did not try to suggest changes that would not suit my lifestyle. She always worked within my budget. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Gabriele. She is very professional and so excited to see her customers happy with the completed project. “I hired BKDP back in October 2011 to redesign the ground level and 2 second level bathrooms of my home. After interviewing different design companies, both my wife and I felt most comfortable with Fardid and Ken as they were very clear and detailed in explaining the whole design process and how they charge for design and renovation to us. The design process took about 6 weeks and the design was revised a couple of times as we added more items to our wish list. They presented different design and material options to us and guided us to select the design that we like. The renovation took about 3 months to complete and we were very pleased with the end result. During the renovation, their coordinator kept us updated with their progress and schedule without the need of me calling them. And whenever I call or e-mail them with questions concerning the project, they would respond to me right away. We are considering to renovate our basement later on and we would definitely rehire BKDP for their service without hesitation.”
