“Lynda provided various options for all aspects of the renovations.She always listened carefully to our ideas and then professionally adapted them for the best outcome.Lynda had an excellent working relations Hoy with our contractor. She has great colour sense and helped us widen our choices with results that were beyond our expectations .She also managed to incorporate our existing furniture and art work to achieve these results, only a few enhancing articles were purchased .It was a fun and satisfying experience working with her. PS Our goddaughter purchased a home and we gave her a gift certificate for Lynda’s company as a wedding present.”

“Sarah did an amazing job helping us with our basement renovation. We have a small space with some constraints from the original construction of the house, and Sarah nonetheless managed to create a bright and open space that doesn't feel like a basement at all. She also gave us different options at various price points for furniture, and when we wanted some modifications, she quickly turned those around and met ours needs perfectly. If we ever have another home renovation project, we'd absolutely go back to Sarah for our design needs.”

“We worked with Parkyn Design on our new home build. Soon after our architectural plans were done, we got Tania Parkyn and her team involved in the process. This timing was paramount to them understanding our big vision. Three things stand out from our work with Parkyn Design. First, one of the biggest strengths Tania demonstrated was her ability to really listen and understand what we wanted. She really did hear everything we said: our ideas, our dreams, our likes, our dislikes. We saw proof of this in the end results when our home seemed to fit us like a glove. Second, Tania’s experience ensured that our home would be timeless, yet incredibly unique and personal to us. Because Parkyn Design is current with trends and ahead of the curve on what’s coming, we were introduced to new products and materials which made the choices for everything both practical and leading edge. “Carra at CM Planning + Design is amazing at what she does. Carra helped us with our kitchen and living room design for a property we were renovating to rent out. Carra also graciously gave us feedback for the bathroom in this house. We are very grateful and happy that we had the opportunity to work with her. She walked into the space and immediately envisioned a layout and design for the room. She quickly, and professionally, offered feedback on site and designs were sent out in a very timely manner. Her experience in home renovations allowed her to answer all questions I asked and gave options when necessary. She worked within our budget and offered helpful suggestions when it came to making the space function but also look good. Her eye for detail is incredible and I’m very happy with the outcome. “Terrific from start to finish! HFD was able to able to update our tired kitchen and family room. Made it beautiful as well as functional (I Love to cook and finally have a kitchen that "works"!) Lots of options in terms of pricing - Alicia always presented 3-4 possibilities for each piece we bought that covered a range in pricing. She was professional and knowledgeable and frankly easy to communicate with. She is connected with some terrific suppliers - we got the stone that everyone else wanted!!!! She has great vision and can make it happen!”
