“KGK designs was a dream to work with - Kim laid out a logical design and plan to implement said design. Our input and thoughts were vital and nothing was done without our approval. She brought in materials that were within our budget and provided an excellent finished product. We have brought her in to work on more household projects as we were so pleased with everything she did. We would highly recommend KGK designs to anyone interested in updating, modernizing, remodeling and/or just refreshing a home.”

“Kris Moran and her team at Organized Design helped me when I bought a foreclosure condo that had been stripped down to the studs due to mold and other damage before we bought our condo. Kris was able to work with the condo building to complete a full construction project during what was the busy season and somehow managed to complete the project with minimal disruption to any of our neighbors in a building that is very busy with short term rentals. Kris had so many good ideas that helped us achieve the best rental income in the building. She added bunk beds where there were none and designed cabinetry around our small master bedroom that serves as closet space that we lost to add the bunks. Her choices of furniture have stood up to the wear and tear of our rentals – from sand to wet bathing suits, we are so impressed with how our condo still looks amazing even after so many rentals. Our guest book is filled with rave reviews about how beautiful our condo is and how comfortable all of the furniture and mattresses are. We could have never done this on our own – we live far away and always received updates and photos from Kris and her team during the construction process.”

“So in love with my new master bath. Laura brought my dream bathroom to life. It had been my brainchild to remodel my master bath a certain way and when she drew it, I saw what had only been in my mind translated to an actual design project. Her drawings were clear and accurate. Each was updated as we became more detailed. My contractor told me she was one of the best he has worked with--and one of the easiest to work with. With each item, she brought samples for me to look at or choose. Each time I was amazed how she had learned my taste so quickly and always considered my budget. It was really nice that during the pandemic I didn't have to be running all over the county to look at lighting, fixtures, tile, etc, unless I wanted to. Her work is really top notch and we plan to use her on a spring, 2021 project. I highly recommend Scenic Interior Designs.”

“It has been such a pleasure working with Panhandle Coastal Interiors. Shay has guided us through our remodel with a perfect blend of professionalism and sweet-natured approachability. She somehow kept me on schedule while maintaining a sense of calm (and humor); I would have gone crazy without her! There wasn't a single aspect of the remodel that Shay's expertise didn't come in handy- from paint colors, furnishings, lighting, flooring, even grout colors! I'm a visual person, so it was really helpful to see the renderings and layouts she created prior to making decisions. You can tell that Shay genuinely wants you to be happy in your home. She really took the time to get to know us, get a feel for our style and helped us create spaces that are not only functional but that we're excited about! Every time I walk into my beautifully decorated home, I will be grateful to Shay and her team!”

“Anne is a very talented and insightful designer. She was able to pick up on my personal style and taste right away saving time and money. She was most helpful guiding me through the daunting task of selecting fabrics and hardware, etc. for custom curtains in my dining, study, kitchen, and family room. Due to her experience she was able to overcome several design challenges such as room layout, furniture placement and how to address some unusual windows. Thanks to her patience and thoughtfulness it has been a pleasure working with her on this project. I highly recommend her to anyone regardless of the task. Thanks Anne it was a pleasure!”
