“We hired Introspecs to help us design a residential kitchen that we were remodeling in an old 1928 Portland bungalow. Our experience with Allisen and Introspecs was fantastic. Allisen was able to listen to our needs and design style, make thoughtful suggestions on how to maximize the efficiency of the space and workflow, propose designs that were true to the period of our house (something that was important to us), and create a set of final drawings that allowed us to bid the project out to three general contractors in a fair and organized manner. Once the kitchen remodel was underway, Allisen really had our back to ensure the final result was true to her/our design. Allisen spec'd some really cool Hafele cabinet organization fixtures that our contractor had never heard of and wanted to switch to something they had worked with in the past. Allisen went to bat for us and helped the contractor source the correct fixtures, and now that we have them its hard to imagine the kitchen functioning nearly as well without them. Every storage detail was really thought through by Introspecs - some workflow things we never even knew we needed, but now we can't live without them. Allisen has a pleasant personality, really listened to our needs, and added a ton of value to our project! Thanks!”

There were 4 design schemes that were set up for the buyers to choose from. The buyer's of the units were very happy with the choices made available, and the project sold out by the time it was completed. Leah also provided design services for a 12 unit townhome project in Portland, Oregon known as Gaines Street Townhomes. She chose the finishes and color schemes for the project which is scheduled for completion in 90 days.”
