“I am selling my home of 40 plus years and found this to be a daunting task. I decided to utilize this site for much needed help! Low and behold, I connected with Three Leaf Interiors and am thrilled with the results. Karla and Frank Lorenzo truly understand “customer service”. Their visit to my home was a game changer for me. They were on time, attentive, patient and truly non-judgmental when evaluating my situation. They continue to stay in touch with me as I am now work through this process. The project is Home Staging-and my biggest need was having to paint, all surfaces, both interior and exterior. Truly a daunting task for me BUT they chose the all colors!! Every room was assessed with a checklist created for specific actions to create a marketable house. They also included ideas regarding upgrades that would assist with this transition. Focal points were created with items I own, to help me understand the staging process. On their part, there was no pressure on me to act on any of their ideas. Happy to say, I am acting on all of their ideas! I cannot thank this team enough for their guidance during this challenging time. Yes, I would use their services again and again and highly recommend them to everyone!”

“Kathy is a fantastic asset to have when it comes to design. We worked with her on remodeling our first floor, which included: our dining room, living room, and second entertainment area off the kitchen. She has an eye for putting spectacular color combinations together. I had my heart set on a monochromatic scheme and she definitely delivered. Her knowledge in paint selection combined with sourcing furniture is second to none. She is friendly and professional, always thoughtfully placing items that make sense for our family. Being that both myself and my husband work she made the whole process streamlined and easy. From selections to the finished product it was as if she lifted a weight off of our backs and created a warm inviting environment in the process always staying true to who we are and never losing her signature style.”

“I have to say that working with Janet has been a breath of fresh air! We hired another interior designer, prior to Janet, to help us with our renovation and had such an awful experience that we were going to forget about hiring someone. Right as we were going to give up, a friend recommended Janet and we are so happy that he did!! Janet listened to our needs, walked us through the whole process, and made it such a fun experience for us both (this is not my husband's cup of tea). She helped us find a great and creative solution to one problem area in our house and showed us how we could express our tastes in innovating ways. We recently finished our project and are in LOVE with how our home turned out! We would highly recommend Janet to anyone looking for an interior designer.
