She had some good contacts & came up with some good prices for our lounge/staircase/landing project. We had a few blips, mainly with damaged goods arriving via on line buying. We found the ordering & returning of damaged goods the worst part of the whole project. “Claire from Plotdesign helped us with our latest project where we converted an old Victorian office building to five luxurious apartments. She created the concept board, completed all the technical design drawings & schedule of finishes for all rooms as well as sourcing furniture & staging the apartments. From day one, her pricing structure has been professional, transparent, reasonable & easy to understand. Throughout the project Claire kept me updated with the costs & budget variance, which is extremely helpful with budget control.
