“I worked with Karolina using her services twice for big renovation projects. She transformed 2 apartments in very poor condition to cute places to rent - they were my 2 investments properties. Everything was designed with a limited budget and came out fantastic. She and her team took care of the project from A to Z from conceptualization, realization, material and furnishing selection to property rental. European spaces are limited and to contain everything within a small surface is a skill. If you need a perfect floor plan they are certainly the best. My goal was to add value to the apartment, rent it for several years and eventually sell it. Excellent service if you want to add value to rental properties and any property, they can do magic with limited budgets. Space optimization is their strongest point”

“Sharon did a complete remodel on our Activity Center last year and we still get compliments almost daily. Any new resident who comes through our doors are completely impressed with the beauty of our center. Sharon is personable and so talented. She gave me choices which she recommended which allowed me to be a part of the design element. As we were on a strict budget, she even shopped resale shops for some of our furnishings and repurposed older furniture to make it look like new! Several people who have been to our center have hired her after seeing our building. We are located at 105 Cross Creek in Lakeway (8-5 M-f) if you want to check it out for yourself.”

She has been extremely professional, available, communicative and has really listened to our feedback and what we are looking for. “Sara helped me with my kitchen refresh and I couldn't be happier. I had a quartzite slab picked out that I was in love with and she helped me select colors for my walls and cabinets, and pick a backsplash that coordinated with the counters. I had originally been leaning towards just a simple white subway tile backsplash, but after talking to Sara, I realized that my kitchen layout would be better suited for a more geometric shaped backsplash because there were already so many long horizontal lines. I never would have thought of something like that without Sara. Sara also patiently answered about 65 photo text messages and emails from me and she pulled together a spot on mood board which gave me great direction for some small improvements I want to do in the kitchen in the future (like light fixtures and a new table). I am so in love with my kitchen and really loved working with Sara at Bandd Design!”

“We worked with Bryce to furnish and design the living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom of our brand new home, and the results were amazing! From the mood board he presented, it was clear Bryce listened to our wants and desires. Honestly, we thought that would be impossible considering the different style preferences between my wife and I! He maintained great communication throughout and set proper expectations, which made it a smooth experience. Favorite feature: Our bed!! Thank you Bryce!”

“If you are searching for an amazingly gifted and truly perfect designer, go no further. My husband and I highly recommend, without any reservations, Mimi Wittstruck. Mimi is that rare combination of artist and ultimate professional. Punctual, always prepared, schooled, educated, well qualified, honest and accountable are but a few of the characteristics I would choose to describe Mimi under the category of professionalism. Mimi has never been late for an appointment, and we have done many projects together. She, too, has always respected our budget and has never exceeded it. In fact, we save money with Mimi as she prevents us from making costly mistakes. Design wise, which is her expertise, Mimi is a master at refreshing an old look with new lamps, picture frames, shelf arrangement, carpet, fabric, paint, etc and yet maintaining sentiment and history. Having been married for 53 years, we did not want to throw everything out. On the other hand, Mimi is an expert with drawing and designing from scratch. Lisa was able to supply us design concepts that worked perfect for the project.
