“Vahena is a very professional, gifted and passionate interior architect. We needed to remodel an outdated 1960's house we had recently purchased to make it our home and Vahena provided great input as much in terms of spatial design and layout as in terms of kitchen or bathroom design. She provided concept boards, samples for all the materials she recommended, costing for all the furniture and fittings, from floorings to bathroom tiles, kitchen to bathroom furniture and fittings, light fixtures to window treatments. She challenged us to step out of our comfort zone on some aspects of the design and we are so happy we did: the bespoke staircase she designed for us is one of the most stunning elements of our new home. Vahena is truly easy to work with and made the project hassle and stress-free for us! I wish we had used her services with our previous property, it would have avoided us a lot of headaches and time spent working with the architect, sourcing and managing a builder - all that with both my husband and I having a very young family and 2 full-time jobs. I highly recommend Vahena for large property renovation projects. Ours simply would not have happened without her. If anyone living around Cheltenham (UK) is thinking about using her services and would like to see what was achieved with our house, get in touch!”

I loved the way they came up with creative ideas I wouldn't have thought of and it all really worked. The end result was so much better than I was expecting. I love my living room now. Everyone admires it and I just find it so calm to sit in and read a book. I never thought I was someone who would hire a professional designer, but I just couldn't make up my mind about colours and curtains and now I'm a complete convert. “Having been used to furnishing period properties, I suspected I would be in trouble when I purchased a large, square-roomed flat with no intrinsic features to guide me. Fortunately I found Lisa who, over a period of several months, has delivered a home that is both stylish and comfortable. She is very professional and needed to be extremely patient, since I knew what I didn’t want rather than what I did. After an initial meeting on site she produced mood-boards that were subsequently added to and subtracted from. Having sourced pieces that she felt would work Lisa accompanied me on two days of pre-arranged meetings with suppliers, her presence being invaluable in keeping me focused. She ordered items once decided upon and arranged for their delivery, which sometimes required time-consuming input on her part since I am absent from the UK for periods of time. Lisa has great ideas, is a delight to work with and really cares about what she does. In short, I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone seeking a thoughtful, talented and pro-active interior designer.”

“I worked with Aly on an interior project for my new (Grade 2* listed) home. She really helped support bringing my vision to life and making suggestions on what would and would not necessarily work in the space. Aly was able to tailor the project based on my needs and budget, which I appreciated as it felt more customized. This included digital design layouts of the space, sourcing materials, and consistent check-ins weekly to ensure we were on the right track. There were a few stress points where I changed direction due to outside circumstances and Aly was able to pivot and help provide options for me to move in a new direction with ease. I am so pleased with the outcome of project, and the beauty of my new home!”
