“We found Chic on the Internet & were allocated Emma as our designer. We hit it off with her straight away & she quickly learnt how to work alongside us. She was very patient & professional & drew on our home & garden to come up with a design suitable for us. She had some good contacts & came up with some good prices for our lounge/staircase/landing project. We had a few blips, mainly with damaged goods arriving via on line buying. We found the ordering & returning of damaged goods the worst part of the whole project. In the main the workforce she employed were very good & although the whole project seemed to take a long time, we are highly satisfied with the end result.”

After this Lynsey compiled me some beautifully laid out moodboards with several treatments to choose from. These perfectly captured what I was looking for for my new guest room/creative workspace. Once I had settled on a ‘Scandi’ theme she sent me very clear spreadsheets with further details of the furniture, and I loved the ‘good, better, best’ approach as I could work out where I could splurge and where I could save. My favourite piece is my unique custom made desk – its big enough for me to work on and wasn’t too expensive. I loved working with Lynsey. She is professional, fun and really knows her stuff. I felt totally confident that she would create me a beautiful space without going over my budget. My spare room is now a peaceful haven in which I can work or have friends to stay.”
